Nice try - but just might disagree as to the list. Find any historian and they will usually agree on three to four battles. But this list has campaigns listed as battles (Stalingrad and Normandy were not single battles). Was Gettysburg a battle that changed history - or was it Vicksburg? Where is the battle of Ankara on the list - whose effects are still felt? What about Midway? And which Mongol battle is missing from this list? What about the League's defeat of the Ottoman fleet? The problem with doing lists is that one must look at whose history is changed - and that perspective is thus applied.

Some additions:
1. The Battle Of Okinawa. The savagery of this battle convinced the Allies that an invasion of Japan would have untold millions of casualties, of which many would Japanese civilian dead. As a result, the decision was made to drop the atomic bomb which changed the world's leadership dynamic with old stalwart leaders being replaced by a new superpower: the United States of America.
2. The Alamo. This battle united a divided government and lead to a land grab that would define the USA's borders, all while defeating Mexico as a regional power.
