Always amazing to see new tools to enhance what is already there for our fellow Veterans. The analogy I use on this is that the Army hands you an empty tool box and as you progress through your career, you add tools into your tool box. At a point in time, you take those tools our and as a soldier does you adapt and overcome by making the best of your profession and strive to continue to serve the great communities you serve in. Any training, any ideas are always good tools to convert or translate your military skills into the civilian capacity. Vets get hired due to the organization skills, commitment to service, passion for being the best in any profession we are put in. Your life, your career is your book. You get to write the chapters of your book and you have the rough draft in your head. Let it pour out and be successful in all you so.

I like how you said, "adapt and overcome." That's a very powerful and rare quality. I appreciate your input!
