Anyone else read that as many as 71 of the missiles were shot down? How could the fools that fabricated those stories think that legitimate news outlets would not check with the DoD?

This is been a week of Bravo Sierra from the Syrian military and from the Russian saying that there were no chemical weapons being used in Syria at all. Notice how they're trying to stall and not let the chemical investigators get to Ground Zero?

I don't think that many of the target audience in Syria has regular access to other than the state controlled media. But when we have a US president who daily denigrates our main news organizations as liars and producers of fake news, it is very easy to see why a foreign audience, who will be predisposed to not believe what the Americans say anyway, could choose to believe the local news. I mean, if the American president says American news channels are fake, then it must be fake, right?
