10th Annual Flag Day Celebration
This is a FREE WISCONSIN event.
June 14, 2019
Since 1969 when the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts opened its doors, we have been proud to be considered part of the Milwaukee County’s War Memorial honoring those who have bravely served our country. As part of our continued commitment to honor veterans for their heroic service, we host a Flag Day Celebration each year in Peck Pavilion.
In partnership with the the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services-Milwaukee, WI Field Office, the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts is proud to host a formal Naturalization Ceremony as part of this year’s Annual Flag Day Celebration. We hope you will join us to witness individuals recite the oath that will allow them to become a fully naturalized U.S. Citizen and receive their naturalization certificate.
Our program also includes a Presentation of Colors, Invocation, Moment of Silence & POW Respect, a Keynote Speaker and more.
We hope you’ll join us as we “Honor the Dead by Serving the Living” at this very special tribute to the men and women of our military. This community event is free and open to the public; no tickets or advanced reservations are needed.
