Would we be so lucky that all the Mideast rulers were of the same mind and mettle.

I've noticed historically a peculiar inconsistency in royalty historically, which I'm generally averse to as an institution...some individuals in the institution then out well, which he clearly did, others then out to be total jokes, which he obviously didn't...it's just a peculiar institution in many countries that I often think should've been abandoned decades ago, then I see someone like him, who's clearly admirable, and am left totally scratching my head in bewilderment, trying to figure out whether he's the exception, or the rule, you know? I mean ,certainly, I perceive the clear admirability, I just somehow can't resolve my mind to the whole royalty thing generally, though one obviously can admire such an example of when if goes right...another example was Mountbatten in the UK, as well as George VI, certainly, who were, I think, at least comparable...then again, Churchill was offered peerage after WW2, I'd read, he turned down the dukedom of London so he could stay in the House of Commons, he was perhaps the ultimate recent example of when royalty, which, though he wasn't himself, he obv was around them constantly, worked out to the decided advantage of the human race...I read about the princes in the UK, and see their adaptability from many similar standpoints, mixed however, with every sort of gossipy tabloid story at the same time...now in his case, that's quite evidently not the case, which leaves me scratching my head all the more about the whole royalty institution as a whole, that's all I'm trying to say...it is a good piece, certainly, in any event....
