SPC Margaret Higgins oh yes, its the most comprehensive self-starter CFR 38 disability tool on the web. It helped me, I got this link from a Retired Veteran that works at the VA. washing my car at Fort Hood, Texas July 2014.

Thanks SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for sharing the website. I have been rated at 80% service-connected disability for the past 3 years. I was initially going through the VBA process with a lot of help from VFW in 2008. It too a year to get rated at 70% and a couple more years to get any disability income paid to me. That required the Lord's help. He prompted me to contact my congressman and that got things moving.
