How Supreme Court Justices Are Chosen

I suppose that some will find this article funny. I don't. Sorry. This is serious business and, although it's always been politicized, it was thrown into the trash by Teddy Kennedy when he lied and libeled a decent jurist, one of the best ever nominated in modern times. Since then the Supreme Bench has been populated with political hacks, the worst two nominated by President Obama and confirmed by a Senate full of political hacks. Now, with the unexpected death of Justice Scalia, we are about to be treated to a circus run by the clowns in the Senate and the White House. God help us all...
