As a nurse and nurse practitioner, I love one on one with people but am still introverted. I don't like large groups or talking small talk. It isn't black and white but shades of gray in the amount of group interaction we need. I always loved deploying with parts of my reserve unit because it was an adventure with family. I was in the same reserve unit for 17 years!
