‘20 minutes of action’: father defends Stanford student son convicted of sexual assault

Both the father and the son should be in jail. The father thinks that his son raping an unconscious female is twenty minutes of action and for that he does not deserve jail time. I'd say throw them both away! If you haven't read the victim's impact statement, try and find it. It is quite powerful. She on the other hand is a class act and I wish her all the best in recovering from this terrible ordeal.

I want to say so much about this! I think it safe I keep somethings to myself! People get upset when the term "WHITE PRIVILEDGE" is used! But this is one of the main reasons why! Reminds of the Affluenza Defense! The truth is! If this was a Black or Hispanic male! Same age and same background! They would have been given a much Severe Prison sentence! That's just Reality! I'm in Prayer for the rape victim and her family!

SPC Andrew Griffin It is easy to see through the narrow spy glass what you want to see. Take Jared Fogle for example, he got maxed out, which doesn't normally happen in those type of cases. He didn't have the money to get out of it, having to pay his wife 50% of his worth, and then paying off the victims. He was just as famous as half of the people I mentioned in my previous post, and every bit of a Jewish white male.
If you didn't know, Jews occupy positions of power at a rate greatly in excess of their two percent of the population and their income is around twice that of non Jews. So you can say that he didn't collect on White or Jewish Privilege.

I'll leave you with one last thought, if white Privilege was really a thing, then why is it when I went and applied for college scholarships the person there said I won't qualify for anything without even looking?

Hopefully, he gets his just desserts during his temporary stint in jail! Unfortunately, this may not occur due to the fact that the rich can afford to buy jail guards to ensure he is separated from the general population. Another terrible example of unfair justice due to race and money within our criminal justice system!

GySgt Moses Lozano Let's see, CA justice means this kid will be out in less than 60 days (time served and good time credits) and he'll be at the honor farm or in protective custody for that time. He'll live off his trust fund, so he's good to go. BTW, Bill Cosby is sliding, too. CA justice at its finest!
