In their mind is not about obey .... is about enforcement. They want the power of policing. The more rule breakers actually merrier to their causes. So they can start gaining more and more policing power and end with confiscating firearms completely. But then criminal still break the law, so they will start increase internal enforcement up to a point that it become a internal "military" force ... the end of a free society.

I have looked into getting my license to open a gun store. Its not an easy process. How does Obama think the average person going to do this and how much time will it take for the government to issue these?

Takes 12-24 montgs and the BATFE has gotten VERY stringent about having an actual "storefront" if you want to have an FFL nowadays.
It used to be a very stream lined and "simple" process, however the bureaucratic process has complicated it to the point of impossibility for the average citizen-dealer.

That's exactly what I found out. So how does Obama figure all these "New" licenses are going to get done? When you have to get a license just to be an occasional seller it will be next to impossible. So he has forced people out of business or forced them to break the law.
