My simplified version of this list is:
- wash hands frequently, especially after a workout (dumbbells and barbells are statistically the least often sanitized equipment in a gym)
- minimize time in crowds (people don't cover their mouth and many use their hands - yuck)

Great detailed list, though.

Maj Marty Hogan - True, except when deployed, it was easier to find free hand sanitizer to keep on you at all times.

Maj Marty Hogan I didn't see the following in the (10) tips: 1) Don't spend more money than you have. 2) Re-Gift as much as possible on the stupid crap you got last year from your favorite relatives; and 3) Don't make plans to visit those same stupid relatives!
