Well... he's not using his government-provided training to earn outside profit (I mean, sure, the government f***s you, but they don't train us in it). Porn is completely legal (and not prostitution). They could certainly 134 him, though. Clear evidence of that, readily available for $19.95...

Well, there goes the Security Clearance. I'd rather see the military focus on those committing illegal activities than those that are simply disreputable. We have enough illegal activities to focus on, without creating a witch hunt for nominally legal activities. I would say at most administrative discharge, as I have seen those known and proven to have been involved in illegal activities get booted out with nothing more than administrative punishment.

Well, I guess his career is over or has he been doing this already and just decided to get paid for it; that might be the way to ask the question.

How is generation of leaders handling this; issue or problem in there unit?

Not Quite the Same as Most on the "Side" Jobs Sailors Do, I don't have a Problem with it. If it doesn't interfere with Mission Readiness.
