There's no "beating the NSA" on this. They are win-able exercises, meant to train our officers and assess those who have noteworthy skills. Believe me when I say, the NSA definitely has some very smart cyber folks on our side. As we ramp up the defensive operations to protect the country beyond the NSA /DoD networks, it is imperative we start early with our future operators and leaders of those operators.
