Gonna have to look into this more. I'd seen mentions of military personnel not rotating back to the states because of the threat of contamination.

this issue at the embassy almost sounds like something from the X-Files. Even the Canadians are also affected. Canada never broke relations with Cuba so it makes me wonder why the Cubans are targeting the Canadians. It almost sounds Supernatural to me.
