Thanks, Cowboy! VA is working hard to regain the trust of our Veterans and the American people.

Which wait lists were used, the real ones, or the ones used for data collecting?
Were appointments made, then rescheduled repeatedly counted as separate appointments, or one?
I get good care from VA, but it'll take more than one report for me to believe any claim they've made improvements for any reason other than their own self interest at the Director level and above.

The report shows the drastically analysis used, which was consistent data across both private health care systems and the VA.
Just so you’re aware, the VA has made great strides in improving access to care since 2014.
Really glad to hear that you’re satisfied with your care at VA. Patient satisfaction is also increasing year on year.

LTC Jason Strickland What caught my attention was knowledge of some GAO and VAOIG reports that appear to contradict "vast improvements," but the scope of those likely were not VHA-wide. Rather, limited to a few of the VISNS or VAMCs.
