Vladimir Putin is responsible for having a finance minister imprisoned, denied medical aid, tortured and beaten to death because he uncovered a corruption scheme which allowed state officials to steal $230 million dollars. Canada now is passing legislation called the Magnitsky Act which is pissing off the Russian government and its called meddling with Russian Internal Affairs. Vladimir Putin thinks he's Jesus in Russia and he's upset that Canada is now following with the United States and other countries have been doing against Russia. The law likely be passed today.
