The US Military is trying to purge toxic masculinity from it's ranks.
Yet in Sweden.
The Current Situation of Sexual Molestation and Proposals for Action, says: 'Control is exercised over women through violence, thus shaping her according to the man’s idealised vision of femininity. 'The conclusion is that the results are a consequence of Nordic alcohol culture, but also of non-traditional gender roles.'
So I read this and reflect. Will the USA have similar articles in the future? Will American women be blamed for consequences of non-traditional gender roles?

Makes sense to me. Isn't that the modern way? Blame anyone and anything other than the perpetrator?

Europeans by and large have had a very lax attitude towards alcohol consumption for hundreds of years. The new factor here is the open door policy of Europe, letting in thousands of migrants from third world ugly and the Middle East. I didn't do so well at statistics in college but even I know a strong correlation when I see one.
