A federal judge in New York ruled Tuesday that President Trump's decision to end protection of young immigrants from deportation was "arbitrary and capricious." Arbitrary: Based on random choice or personal whim, rather than any reason or system. Capricious: Given to sudden and unaccountable changes of mood or behavior.

I think there needs to be a law that if you are here legally that is cool. If you are here illegally and you break another law you get the bat. If you commit a violent crime against a US citizen you get the bat until dead.

There are such laws, but Obama’s executive order over rides Federal law. Obama admitted he didn’t have the authority to do what these federal judges are up holding.

38 year old female bartender was simply asking an unruly customer to leave after he had already stabbed the bouncer who she was unaware had been stabbed, he turned around and stabbed her in the neck and she died shortly thereafter. Everyone seems to be dodging the immigration status of the murderer like it's a HOT POTATOE, the only one with any courage in the matter is the Prosecutor from a different state. They already know the answer, and in my mind there is only one reason to refuse to make it public!

I am sorry but I am completely against DACA I am married to an Immigrant, and believe yes your parents brought you in illegally. It your fault but once you grew into a you g adult and decided you wanted to stay in our great nation the effort should have been made on the "dreamers" part to acquire some form of documentation that allowed you to.stay legally.
