I've noticed with Army clients I've coached, the younger ones (I've only specifically paid attention to civilians) don't take notes in meetings anymore. I cannot imagine it but I'm assuming it's related to using computers all the time. I tell them never go into a meeting without a notebook and pen and take notes. It's not anyone else's job to ensure you get or remember the right info.
