Wow...that was spun out out of control...
1.) The jobs posted were seasonal and probably low wage jobs in a high cost of living area. Therefore, most Americans think this type of job is beneath them because it is seasonal and will end quickly and itt also probably doesn't come with benefits. Therefore, not a lot of Americans apply...see it all the time with seasonal construction, farm, and landscaping work. We have used them on our farm in the past due tothe one man operation and workload. We were required to work them a minimum of so many hours at a certain wage...non negotiable. Antyhing over that was up to the employee and the employer. At the end of the season they went home and yes...taxes were taken out of the pay so they were paying into the system.
2.) Here is the key...they are here LEGALLY under the H-2B visas not illegally so he has done nothing wrong.
3.) His properties use a independent Human Resources company to do the hiring.
Another attack on something that is perfectly legal. They are trying to make out like Trump is the only one doing this and is an OGRE taking away jobs. He isn't taking away jobs...most unemployed and low skilled workers make more on welfare than they do working and that was long before Trump.

SFC Shirley Whitfield - The numbers inthe article were accurate...the tile was spun to read something that gives it the flavor it wasn't. It was inferred that Trump didn't follow the rules when he did.
As long as Americans didn't apply then he hired the next best thing per the law.

SFC Shirley Whitfield - I had a friend that was out of work and I knew of a job that paid minimum wage...I told them about it and they said that they deserved more than that. I told them to hold out their hand...I asked what was in it and they said nothing...and i said precisely...if you take this job it will put something in it until you find what you are looking for. When I retired I took a job that was available...not what I wanted but it got me through because I had to take care of my family. If you need work I firmly beleive it is out there...now can you support a family on most jobs? Not particuarly but you can at least get some skills and some money coming in...A lot of folks these days are just lazy I guess and want to start where mom and dad are currently...the forget how hard mom and dad worked over the years to get there.
