The facilities appear to be in major cities right now with access to technology and infrastructure. It may not be the right type for providing care to veterans in rural or distant areas. As late as 2013, I still remember some reservists in my Captains Career Course claim that they do not have broadband Internet access in parts of North Dakota or Montana.
