No. Tweets are no different than speaking from the back of a railroad caboose when railroads were new and allowed the presidents to speak to more people in a shorter time.

I see nothing wrong with him blocking folks, but if you can use twitter to implement policy, everyone should be allowed to read what you say and not be "censored" in doing so. His tweet that showed his social media use isn't Presidential, but is "Modern Day Presidential" has me scratching my head tho.
