Donald Trump is now taking aim at American citizens that are currently stationed or living abroad and voting by mail in this year's election. In a post on Truth Social, Trump falsely claimed that the Democrats were using these people to "cheat" the election as part of his strategy to preemptively cast doubt on the results. But he ended his rant with a threat that these people could be going to jail if they vote illegally - which they are not. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
