Air Force releases photos of new breastfeeding undershirt

I understand "lactation" rooms … and pumping. But the use of those rooms for actual breastfeeding suggests that babies are being brought into the workplace. I'm not sure I understand that. Is that what is happening? Looking for information here, not an argument.
