The problem is, we look at Obama, Clinton, Trump or a 4 Star General though our eyes and how we run/take care of our life personally, actively and first hand.
The issue is, folks like above have many layers of people between them and "stuff"
So I can see how Obama can say "I did not do that or know about it. I can see how Trump can say I never did that or paid that, How General X can say I did not file that document.
Becuase likely they didn't, and may not have even know it was done for them or in their name.
Now we can guess at times that is done for plausible deniability
And sometimes it is an underling doing things to "protect" the boss
And likely sometimes it just a thing done in the course of a hundred other things done for them every day.

In no way does that excuse a wrong done in their name..My point is, doubtful anyone on this forum has a few hundred people working for them, many whos sole job is to do things for them, but folks like mentioned do..so we can not look at them in the same view we look at our own actions.

And the Clintons are laughing, because they wouldn't have paid anything and the woman would have been demolished by the press.
