MSgt George Cater We have a twenty pound pugle and an eighteen pound parson russell terrier mix. The two are less dangerous than a lego brick. Our Mail carrier refused to deliver our mail if our dogs were out because of fear of being bitten. It almost came to a formal complaint before the mail started flowing again.
