I wonder when/if they're going to work Guard/Reserve brigades into this mix.

SSG (Join to see) I don't think so at least not for year rotations. they do have yearly games REFORGER. It's called something else but been so long since I was there I forgot lol

I read recently that the Army is relooking its rotational unit strategy for a number of reasons. The 9-12 month rotations aren't family friendly ... and they apparently are costing more than it would cost to have units stationed there (and elsewhere, such as in Europe).

Key Resolve and Ulchi-Freedom are the two exercises. There are a ton of Reservist and Guardsmen that provide support during that time but that is separate from the units that rotate. If they ask the Guard they would jump at the chance for a rotation. They already have a rotation in Kosovo that the Army was talking about taking away from them.

LTC (Join to see) I think a lot of us said that when they started shutting things down and rotating units.
SGT Jim Arnold I think it’s called Pacific Pathways.
