One of my favorite parts of this piece is the cautionary note: "While you may be able to improve the efficiency of your meetings by adopting one or another of Musk's techniques, you might find that trying to copy his full approach could have a negative outcome."

I am all for efficient meetings. I'm not sure that Musk's style is repeatable by someone not named Elon Musk. In other words, he has a combination charisma and resources many don't have. But there are some good take-aways (be prepared, use facts, be creative) and the last statement in the article about adapting Musk's style to your capabilities is dead-on
