These are really good tips. We should be following this after AIT as that is our "college."

That's a really good point. My version was simply bothering NCO's when I didn't have any tasks. I'd randomly ask NCO's about all things Army and their jobs. That helped me become a more well-rounded NCO understanding S shops.
