The article left me with more questions than answers. NCIS determined it was an accident, but why did it happen?
Why did his main chute foul up? Was it something the Marine did wrong or was the chute packed wrong?
Why didn’t the main chute cut away when he deployed his Reserve? Same questions, did the corporal improperly deploy his reserve or was it a equipment malfunction?
Too many unanswered questions. I hope the NCIS Investigation answers those questions and for some reason they were left out of the article.
