Now here's an interesting idea. Whom, do you suppose, would command such a force? A German? A Frank? How about someone from the Grand Duchy of Liechtenstein? Could a European army be any more manageable/successful than a European economy?

NATO has been tossing around the concept for awhile and its all well and good until it's time to make a monetary commitment, then they all seem to back out. Trump's insisting that NATO commit the money they agree to has been interesting.

They can't even pay up on their share of NATO , how then will they fund the EU Army? Setting our grand kids up to re-liberate the chuckle heads once again.
