This is a horrible event, I can't believe that no direct answers or diligent investigations have happened. She may have to file a wrongful death lawsuit to get the truth out of these people.
I would contact your state representative, State Senator, Congressional rep, Senators and setup a gofundme site for the legal fees. It is outrageous!

LTC John Shaw I cant imagine what she is going through, but my best friend's husband recently medically retired due to issues of PTSD and other major injuries from years of service. He has a service dog when he goes in public and has experienced flak going in public. I would hate to ever see something like this happen to them. I hope the truth is found and she can find peace.

Agreed! I understand what it is like to get upset in public and lose your perspective for a few minutes. Many people jump to the wrong conclusion. I pray for closure for her.

The sad fact is that a great deal of Florida law enforcement are like the Government / VA cop's are either incompetent, Or just corrupt.
Most are good to outstanding, But the other's give them all the bad reputation.
I have lived in Florida forabout 15yrs from Fort Myers to Zephyrhills and Tampa .
It Is one of those places that Peoples brain's go to mush.

SPC Britanny *Winnie* Balthaser first I am so sorry for your pain. You need a veteran friendly advocate. Contact your state's Senator and Congressman's Office and send this tape. Contact the state's attorney general office request to send this tape to them and ask if the State Bureau of Investigation has jurisdiction because it is law enforcement involved. The VA has a toll free number that goes directly to the White House. If he was a patient at the VA law enforcement and the hospital he was sent to should have contacted the VA Medical Center for emergency assistance [login to see] White House Hotline) request that President Trump's make good to your family on his promise to support veterans. Send this video; in fact send the video to every agency you contact.
