Great article. I've always tried to be a servant leader (even before I ever heard the term), but I suppose my biggest goal when in a leadership role was to bring the team together and encourage everyone to work together for the bigger picture. I am by no means a perfect leader, but I always focused on doing what I could to take care of my troops and support, coach and mentor them in their growth.
