SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth Bread is only (an acceptable) vehicle for butter! I will never give up butter.
That being said my chiropractor suggested the probiotic, I just don’t remember to take it every day.
Thanks for the article CPT Stephanie Lincoln - with this past year of full time work & grad school .... I put on 15 lbs!! Yikes!

My Adventist friends would say to go on a vegetarian diet, it didn't help too much, lost a few pounds, but I like my butter and French Onion dip on my baked potato.
