500 Canadian doctors protest pay raises because they already make enough money

Now if only something like this happens in the US. Teachers don't get raises but the folks that run the school boards do? Employees don't get raises while upper management do? City employees don't get raises but City Council members do? Yeah it's Canada...so easy to laugh at while the argument is very real.

Seriously? If they want they can slide a little of the cash my way.

Disclaimer: I am not now, nor have I ever been a Canadian internet doctor.

A cursory internet search shows that the vast majority of Canadian healthcare workers are private employees, not government employees; and that most of the boards that form the management groups for Canadian Medical practices are in fact the doctors within the practice.

If they think they are billing the government too much, I suggest that they tell their billing clerks to reduce the bills.

If they think they are getting paid too much and their non-management, non-doctor support staff is not getting paid enough; I suggest they talk to their payroll department.

Or am I missing something?
