Ridiculous! Anyone with a functioning brain can understand that you can not force people to make good decisions by creating laws and a government bureaucracy to enforce the preferred behavior. What makes him qualified to decide what is best for anyone other than himself?

"Stop and frisk" --- Bloomy doesn't like the "right to privacy" in that context.
In spite of clear language, "The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed", he will do precisely that.
