Why are you posting this? You KNOW he's out of bounds, exceeding his authority. US vs Fokker...he's shot the fuck down.
JUST A WEEK ago, RBG, in a 9-0 SCOTUS ruling, RIPPED the 9th circuit's use of Amicus Curiae. Sullivan is totally IGNORING those rulings.
But you support this shit? Do you even realize how you are destroying your own credibility?

He's deliberately violating the separation of powers. The judicial branch has no authority to prosecute. You are simply incorrect in stating that the two precedents do not apply. You've allowed your dislike of Trump et al to cloud your legal analysis.

SN Greg Wright - Chenoweth is a lawyer who is taking a different position. Levin is a non-practicing lawyer who's an entertainer now, and a mouthpiece for Trump's propaganda. Gorka was never a lawyer and is a Trump supporter, and his guest, Davis, is not a lawyer. How exactly are Gorka and Davis qualified?
And against that, I've got a retired US District judge, a senior US District judge, and a long-term federal criminal defense attorney who agree with me. I think I'll go with them instead of highly partisan Trump supporters.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Those were just the quickest. There's literally like, 30 I could link. On both sides of the party line. And your retired judge wrote a biased piece about Flynn THREE Days before this fiasco started, sullivan himself has shown himself to be utterly partisan and biased (treason? really?), and I don't know which prosecutor you're talking about, so I can't address them.

SN Greg Wright - both writs of mandamus and prohibition are almost never granted in federal court. BTW, it wasn't a single federal judge, it was two. That's people that are in the business of law today, not in the entertainment/propaganda movement or who aren't even qualified like Gorka/Davis.
