Was stationed there for 11 years. Not much different than any other base just got caught. Louisiana in general has been a dumping ground for years. Corruption and greed. Look into England AFB in Alexandria, LA and what they found when the base closed. Ask someone how much JP4 is under the tarmac at any base. Just the tip of the spear and the cost of war machinery.
