Thanks for letting us know SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSLFYI I lost one testicle prior to enlisting because of torsion of the testicle so at least one disqualifying reason is not accurate.

Also some friends I know that did only have one testicle still enlisted served Honorably, that never seemed to be an issue. That never prevented Them from deploying or performing all of their duties.

Flat feet? I have a pair of the flattest, widest Barney Rubble caveman feet on earth. I have to custom order shoes and boots just to get footwear wide enough for my feet, and wear different orthotics depending on types of footwear and activity I'm doing. My feet do and always have caused me chronic pain, and I have chronic plantar fasciitis. I mean I have jacked up feet! And somehow I not only got into the military, but made it 16 years just fine. So it may be a rule, but me thinks it's not paid much attention to...

I have an Uncle that had flat feet, He enlisted in the US Army and served His time and received His Honorable Discharge after that enlistment ended. It never prevented Him from performing His duties.

It does include COPD, from which I ended up with after 3 yrs in armored cav, It seems that Ferris Picrate, a gas vented from a tank after firing a round is in the air, the Army does recognize this as a lung problem. I am still fighting with them over this going on 40 yrs.
