If that is how he behaved when he left the Marines, it is a wonder he managed to find a job. Most of the ones I met were not nearly as much about their service time. I was very grateful for the GI Bill but anxious not to say much about it as many of my peers were paying out of pocket for their education.

Lt Col Charlie Brown I agree with your assessment about the individual described in the article. One thing that I would also note from his writing in this article, he seems to be one of those that during there time in service and initially afterword that appears to be the epitome of an individual with an entitlement attitude. Luckily for him, he did not appear to have to had to learn it the hard way.
