The sacrifices some people pay for success and the risks they take aren’t worth the reward. It is a long tough road to success and if you start that journey for the wrong reasons you will fail.

Fantastic article that really nails it.
I recently attended training that dealt with the difference in generations. During that course, they told us that many millennials are not seeking promotions as much as past generations. Maybe some of the points in the article are the reason for that?
