Trump also ran a fake university and was court ordered to reimburse tuition. He was judged to have used veterans charity funds illegally. He asked foreign governments to have international functions at his properties. He wears MAGA hats as a president and makes money off those hats. His corporation worked with the Chinese government for financing in 2018 and 2019 despite the trade war. He says he knows nothing of the Russians despite years of selling them properties. He is hiding finances by not showing his tax returns.

You don't have a clue. Read my lips. NATIONAL EMERGENCY. When the POTUS sees that states are overwhelmed he can unilaterally provide support. Do you think the states will turn down PPEs, federal funds, and other assistance? Do you actually think the POTUS and the federal government should watch states flop around in a national emergency because they think the states should handle most of the burden? If that is the case then why did the federal government and the military step in at New Orleans after Katrina? Now if you want to be insulting then I will just mute you. Life is too excellent to deal with those who denigrate others.

ARNORTH provides a 3 star combatant commander who prepares and supports the country against all threats domestic, foreign, man made, or natural. The general has a dedicated staff who have expertise in logistics, CBRNE, terrorism, medical, meteorology, oceanography, and funding to include other functions. If time is available ARNORTH will push liaison officers to the states that will be effected by threats to determine how the DOD can support states and local authorities. NORTHCOM is provides the unified commander. I believe ARNORTH has C2 over the Army Corps of Engineers. If the states are overwhelmed the federal government and the DOD will step in to support states.
DHS in conjunction to FEMA are chartered to provide leadership to all the federal cabinets, agencies, and NGOs to build a team with a wide cross section of governmental expertise and capacities. HHS is mandated to provide medical leadership during pandemics. The goal is to build a diverse and functional team to support states. The states will deploy their NG but also must collect and coallate information from civil and local authorities to report how and what kind of support they need. FEMA has a very important mission because they have the emergency funds and can make contracts, make purchases, and pay for supplies quickly. It is imperative for entities to coordinate for FEMA if it will support purchasing activities.

If the federal government has such low authority, then why was it able to pass a $2 trillion stimulus package? Their hatred is so bad that they won’t give any thanks for anything Trump has done. He could find a cure for all ills and make all folks healthy, but that wouldn’t be good enough. He would be blamed for lost jobs in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Wow! There isn't one iota of fact contained in this. Not even one little bit. President Trump (and his family) have been investigated ever since he announced his candidacy. FISA warrants were issued on exactly this kind of fabricated "evidence" and more than $47 million spent investigating these claims. Not one indictment was issued. Not one claim was substantiated. Then we learned that the FISA warrants were issued on wholly fabricated claims (lies). So I had to look and make sure when this link was posted. When? Oct 23, 2020. Really! This is pure desperation...
