You do realize that those ballots had been segregated and not counted so this ruling will not change the PA vote count at all, right? But hey, good job at keeping votes from getting counted.

A1C Michael Allen - Bullshit. It is a technical loophole to prevent votes from getting counted. If the people were legal voters on election day, they are still legal voters after election day regardless when they produce their ID.

A1C Michael Allen - No quibble with the law. It says what it says and that is why they won the case. But the fact remains, if a person was a legal voter on election day, the remain a legal voter regardless of when they produce the ID to show they are a legal voter. In the same fashion, if you go out driving and get pulled over but forgot your wallet at home and cannot produce your drivers licence, it does not mean you are driving illegally. They didn't produce identification in time, so fair enough. Does not mean they were illegal voters. It means Republicans are sticking to the letter of the law in order to deny American citizens a vote, which they are within the law to do.

My understanding at the time was 10,000 ballots were excluded, but if allowed and assuming each was for Trump, it would bring Biden's lead down to 40,000. If so, not even Core Math will equal a win. It may have changed though.
