On January 15, 1948, born on this day, Ronnie van Zandt. I had posted about Peter Frampton and his album Frampton Comes Alive being released in 1976. It is worth remembering that Frampton played as the opening act for Lynyrd Skynyrd. Ronnie van Zandt was one of a kind! He played on the Stones' stage and put his band in the ineviable position of breaking a Stones' tradition of playing in their area!
