I’m not sure what you mean. I presented an article that discusses the both sides of the viewpoint of middle managers. Part of the discussion explains how savings can be brought to companies by cutting the most positions they can while the other part explains the values middle managers bring to the company’s product.

SFC (Join to see) I also take with a grain (actually a bag) of salt the advice that experts (sic) provide (but don’t have to execute themselves) in Harvard Business Review (HBR) Case Studies (sic). If I need to ever go *back to school* I’m not going to fantasyland and will instead be taking notes from Rodney.
