Through a 10-week pilot program, the U.S. Army has recently begun to test the benefits of both yoga and meditation in basic training. Early feedback includes improved endurance, reduced pain and better stress management.

Maybe so help those who haven't been outside the home and who never had a job and can't handle discipline.
