BLM does little to help black people.
There are few BLM groups if any that help reduce crime in the neighborhoods, increase literacy, mentor young adults, try to keep families together, assist in employment along with the many other issues facing the black community.
Instead, BLM focuses on police to the almost exclusion of anything else. They do this in the form of protests with many devolving into riots that cause even more damage to the black community than before.

Conservatives: BLM means Black Lives Matter. BLM seldom shows up for anything other than protests against the police. If Black Lives Matter, why aren't they involved in the issues that black people suffer from such as crime, drugs, lack of education, poverty, single parent families, and more.
Liberals: Police kill black people (Police shoot and kill approx 1100 people every year. Over 60% are white approx 30% black. Many of those were involved in a criminal act at the time or had committed one. In many cases, the officer was defending themselves or someone else at the time. Every year, over 50,000 officers report they have been assaulted, killed., disabled, etc)
Conservatives: If BLM is interested in the welfare of all blacks, why are there so many riots associated with BLM protests that tend to negatively impact black people such as destroying their neighborhoods or burning down their supermarkets and convenience stores.
Liberals: The protesters are mostly peaceful (with the exception of 10%-30%)
Conservatives: Why allow black extremist groups such as the (New) Black Panther party or members be associated with a rally that you sponsored? Particularly someone who is actively looking for members and is advocating the use of force.

You were the one who posted the article above. What I wrote came straight from the article, no changes. While the reporter probably did a poor job when they wrote Black Panther party instead of New Black Panther party, that is on them.
As for the GOP party dying? That is something Democrats wished, but isn't happening. Case in point,
in 2016, Democrats were expected to take both the House and Senate (they didn't).
In 2018, Democrats were expected to take the Senate (they didn't).
In 2020, Democrats were expected to take over a number of House seats (they didn't) and far more seats in the Senate than they got.
The only reason Democrats gained 2 seats in the Senate was Trump screwed up royally with contesting the elections and the craziness immediately before the 6 Jan Congress attack.
In 2022, it is widely expected that the Democrats will lose the House. It is unk if they will hold onto the 50/50 in the Senate.
Beyond that at the local level, there are more GOP Governors, more GOP State Senates, and more GOP State Houses.
