None of these proposals will make anyone safer. IMHO, by definition red flag laws are unconstitutional since they deprive an individual his rights without due process.

The "Justice" Department needs to check their BULLSHIT proposals against the clear reading of the Constitution. What part of "Shall not be infringed" do they not understand?
