Make that social contract between battle buddies. I will never leave an Airman behind and I will take responsibility for the nutritional decisions of others. Would hate to be on recruiting duty in this day and age exp. Smaller and smaller pool of eligibles to fill quotas, too much competition from public and private sector alike. Along with decreasing physical abilities, you also have to contend with the dumbing down of American kids during high school education which emphasizes getting them graduated, passing test scores, and down the road.
