The Afghan military was a place for a guy to obtain a pay check. There is no loyalty to a Constitution or a Country --- Just a paycheck and when confronted by the Taliban they lay down their rifles and become completely compliant if they are not shot.

This will be a different T'man when this goes 2.0 - armed with all the gear we left with the A'stan Army and better use of asymmetric fighting (drone awareness) and use of combined arms and what ever Iran may provide in terms of intelligence, supplies and possible training/troops.
